In 2008, Andy leapt on an opportunity to enter the Butchery trade. Operating from the Natural Kitchen in Marylebone for 10 years, an enthusiasm and love of cooking and selection of high quality produce was introdced to Traditional Butchery, undertaken by experienced and skilled Master Butcher, John. Roll forward April 2018, Chef & Butcher opens a bespoke shop close to home in the quaint and beautiful Seaside Town of Broadstairs.
Chef & Butcher are passionate about providing the freshest and highest quality Meat and Poultry to your plate. The range of produce is sourced from top suppliers and directly from farms that have a high animal welfare policy, using non-GM feeds.
We believe in traditional rearing in the natural way - this means grass-fed in the case of beef and lamb, and free-range when it comes to chicken and pork.
In addition to a large variety of quality traditional cuts we have our easy to cook ranges. Using our butchery skills, catering knowledge and enthusiasm for cooking, we’ve produced an exciting range of ready to cook, time saving “straight to Pan or Oven” meals. We are excited about developing new ranges of easy to cook options and are continuously creating new and improved recipes to add to our product lines. Let us take the hard work out of cooking!
